Whare to get model magazine like Tamiya International or other's?

You can find these at Popular Bookstores (but not all the branches, i noticed) as well as TU. You'll also find Fine Scale Modelling, Military Miniatures, Scale Modelling from Popular as well. You'll find mags from MPH as well

If you do not need the latest "hot of the press" issues, you can also buy back issues from this bookshop in Amcorp Mall. They sell them for RM9.90 each. The shop is called "Reissued Magazine" on the 2nd and LG Floors.

You wouldn't get all issues but they do occasionally have Military Modelling, Tamiya Model Magazine, Model Military International, Model Airplane International, Military in Scale and Scale Military Modeller International.
