Man.. I exchange the Hase F-16A with this one from Mr B.. man ... a good deal? maybe not, because I do prefer the simpler Hase kit, this is way over engineering to me.. But those weapons sure a real good bonus for me...

This is where I am so far.. I already cursing Kinetik already.. Why are they design the ejectors like that.. the ejectors are not fully flush to the surface hence the plastic material flow into the ejector sleeve and created the tower on the plastic...this is hard to remove especially on the curve surface like intake trunk..

well... still long way to go...

Haha welcome to the club.........my fren.........welcome........the kinetic......club

Thanks BV and Mr B for you racun.. and finally more update..

Removed the ugly ejector mark... err. not fully... some mark still visible, But I will let it go.. as it can't be seen from the intake viewing angle..

Painted with white base and follow with Gunze H1..

Next will join the 2 half together and fight the seam line along the join...Man...

Aiyoooo.... one nasty seam line there.. the line is surrounded with so many rivets and panel lines... I think most of it will be lost when I get thro with the seam line..

Wet sand slowly.........then use nail polish remover and clean it up......should be ok.........judging from your photo......it could be that there is some access plastic....on the join.........is the hold fit with the locator on the bottom ?

Should be ok

Looks like all the same problems I was faced with you are facing..........all I can say is that "YOU CAN DO IT"............how I repaired it was sand smooth........green putty with some super glue..........and wet sand..........

Best of Luck

Gang...

Many thanks for your support.. but this is one hellova kit.. many goods and many bads..

Problem 1
Top Fuselage join, I think I could have miss align it during assembly, and resulted a huge step, after I putty and sanded smooth, most of the panel lines are gone..
scribing these line will be difficult, maybe I just leave it..

Problem 2
the 4 pieces nose joint is a nightmare... see for yourself.. putty and sanding this will not be enjoyable..
