After long ago racun by Kuman, and recently salivating over Bro Blackheart and Jason's build.....its getting too hard to resist....so Ive started making some plans. Hope I'm not getting ahead of myself LOL

Looking at more interesting colour scheme for them, rather than the usual OD:

1. UH-1C : OK, must got one wakil in 'Nam OD - but fictional subject....Col Bill Kilgore's ride in Apocalypse Now, 1st Air Cav...complete with surfboard on the side


2. UH-1C: Dutch Navy (Agusta Bell 204)


4. UH-1H: New Zealand Air Force - all grey


3. UH-1N Twin Huey (got to find oneee) : US Navy VXE-6 Antarctica



Decals : sendiri print some is possible, still thinking.....

Anyone got ideas to share?

Or you can also do the Italian rescue version which was blue and white in colour. Or also LA County fire fighter dept. Yellow and red!!

It is possible with waterproof ink printer and any decal paper.
Now that H20 flexible cover coat is available go ahead.
The rest is history.

The camo one is nice - not too keen on the civil versions myself.

If you want some more ideas, try to get hold of a copy of "Huey in Action" by wayne Mutza (paperback book) - some nice alternative military schemes in there.

Or how about a 'nam medevac? Don't think I've seen one of those modelled....
