Hi seniors,

Would like to share stories of a new craze that is hitting the Japan market. Japanese Anime (cartoon) has a big influence on the Japanese people of all ages from young to old and lately it had hit the Japan market seriously. This all started from a friend of mine who worked in the same office as I did before he became the Team director for this special "Super GT Anime style" car (he used to bully me in the office hehe) I even have the full pics from when the car first arrived from Germany to Japan (lucky me hehe). At first when he wanted to venture into this, I was like "Dude it work work man!" but then after showing all the statistics, I tell u.... this anime industry is worth billions.

Anyway back to the story, ever since the anime virus hit the car market, more and more car tuners are shifting towards anime for their decals on their beloved street machines. They even made the decals for scale models too.
Just thought I'd share the story..............

Below are the pics of my bud's team car that hit the market like BOOM! Lets play a game. Lets see who knows what team this is? I'll give you guys a hint! the characters name is "Hatsune Miku" and the car is in the Super GT , GT300 series...

Saw this series of kit being sold on HLJ, really tempted to buy. But the price is really scarry :blink: :blink: :blink: The decals cost almost a car kit. So now can only look see look see. :cry: :cry:

In Japan I saw them selling it for like RM 50 but I guess Malaysia's price is cheaper hehe

Whatever car craze that hits Japan will most likely hit Malaysia as well. Give a few months and we can see drifters here applying anime decals on their rides.

haha I have a good feeling that it is going to happen brother xamel. But I think its a cute idea if Malaysians would do it on their cars. Never saw any gundam decals on real cars though. Would like to see malaysians do some

Once saw a car with DC super heroes on it. Also there's one mini van with Lat cartoon on them :)

Actually RM 50 for the decal is not too expansive. The set I saw on HLJ is RM75 not including shipping.

I do saw a car with Bleach character Inchigo on it. But can't rmb what type of car. ;) Din't snap any photo either.

saw those pictures from the fujimi homepage before..that time..they posted an anime version ferrari f430 too (the real car!!)..but would you like to apply those anime stickers on your car if you were the owner of the ferrari? oh man..applying those cute cute anime on an million ride! what a new style of owning a ferrari!! ^_^
