Be gentle, it's my first time.......
Presenting, my first non-aircraft, non-armour completed model!
Had this kit in my stash since last year.
Plamo's Woob 04 gave the motivation to finish it.

Full set of pics hereSeveral firsts in this project :
First completed mecha model for me
First time I used a sponge to do the majority of chipping
First time used the hair-spray technique for paint chipping
Thanks for looking.
Comments, critiques and guidance appreciated!

Very nice build. The paint chipping effect looks fantastic.

Thanks guys, I had fun building this.
@Eng Hui : I used mainly Tamiya XF-59 Desert Yellow. Some spots lightened with XF-57 Buff.

beautiful...
its ashamed that they didnt make a bigger version of this.... wlse would be just awesome.. or maybe a 1/72 scale to match with the rest of the Macross line (since most in 1/72 scale)
and thanks for the awesome link... will need to print that out and try the sponge technique..
yea.. we need more sci-fi build :D
