Thomas, I got one Hobby Craft model kit, it's a Sukhoi SU-22 (two-seater) and I'm foreseeing that I will be facing the same problem as you. Mine is worst, the shape of the plane is totally off that I think I have to cut the whole rear fuselage and rebuild it from scratch... :(

Good luck... that is all I can say...

Wah, a Skyhawk! Always good to see one built. You've built one Hobbycraft before as a PTM right, so how much harder could this one be?

One thing I remember from my Hobbycraft build is that the small door on the nose gear retraction strut won't fit closed as it's too small. I believe I built it up with Bondite then rescribed the door outline.

Aidy,

Ini lebih teruk dari PTM, The PTM was able to fix without all the rubber band..

and a little progress here...the putty Party on the hump almost there.. working on the intake next..

Nice job, Tom.

Very neat work. Hobbycraft decals look to be very fine.

Yes very nicely put together, no one can see the problems with the kit now.
The anti collision light looks very realistic and contrasts nicely against the low viz camo.
