not bad for a first timer...ok this what you could do. get some khaki colour tamiya enemel paint, dilute with 95% minyak tanah and with a wide brush , brush on the tank ,and heavy around the wheels.
while the paint is still wet..use a fine brush and add in details with black+brown + 80% minyak tanah...brush along the edges and the nuts and bolts...then let it dry for a day.
repeat the same thing the next day.
after all this use red brown dilute with 50% minyak tanah and tone down the tools, and the same time paint the tracks with this same colour.
once dried repeat this process with red brown + black and 50% minyak tanah,
leave the whole thing to dry ...and you could dry brush them...with light khaki brown.

Tommy,
good to finally meet you the other day. How is the update coming along?

Base paint is done ... time for some weathering. However, do remember to apply gloss clear coat on the areas where the decals go on.
For weathering, you would need washes and drybrushing as Ari suggested earlier. For the dusty look, you can use pastel chalks on horizontal surfaces especially.
