They're the same class, Kuman. I particularly love this 350 scale complex radar tower (original kit without PE)... looks cool.

They just posted the "coming" news but didn't say the release date... I presume it will be Oct or Nov lar.... SInce it's an Academy kit, I supposed it will be "affordable" lar.
