i bet he would.. :D
i think he's pointing at the good donkey...
and by the look of it he's happy that you manage to snap his picture for the dio.. he's all smiling.. :)
Good job especially love the way you put all those "harness" on the donkey :)

Finally a dio paying tribute to one of WWII unsung heroes. :)
For a plastic toy the donkey is quite well detailed. The harness is definitely a nice touch and having the donkey feed from the Fallschirmjager's helmet adds a lot to the overall storyline of the handler trying to coax the donkey across a narrow, damaged bridge.
If your are still looking to push this nice dio further Blackheart a dark wash (raw umber) on the groundwork followed by a highlight will provide a bit more contrast to the groundwork. A bit of pastel powder similar in color to the groundwork at the legs and possibly the belly of the donkey will help you blend it in to the groundwork and make the current dark, reddish brown of the donkey's body less contrasting to the groundwork. Just some minor nitpicks though.
Thanks for sharing this interesting dio with us Blackheart.

About the model
The donkey : actually it's a horse..I cut the legs make it short like a donkey..cut the tail and replace it with a new one cut the ears and make a big 1 semilar to the donkey..cut the plastic hair on the neck replace it and the harness scratch build all of it from wire and masking tape..I got cross eye make that harness
The German water can : actually it's a US water can I modified it to German water can..bought it from HHQ..tq Mr Low
The gun case : made froom balsa..its a simple 1
The figure : I bought it from MH
Now I'm on a new mission for another mini diorama..tunguuuuuuu :D

BH,
10/10 points for the idea! The overall composition and balance of the fence, animal, brifge, etc is nearly perfect.
Can I suggest something on the execution?
1) The paratrooper was originally holding a weapon hence the 'Viagra' thumb. You may want to do some plastic surgery on him to make him less enthusiatic and to wipe the smile off his face
2) If you want to retain the smile, a hiint of something witty would be great. But I suppose since the vignette is so much better this compact, you may have to let the viewer have his imagination run wild. Perhaps something in the water or the water itself? You can also draw some white crosses on the jerry can and have them upside down with the cap dangling to make him a soldier on a mission to find water.
3)You may want to reduce the whites and pupil size a wee bit.
4) Always more dramatic to render the cut edges different from the actual soil surface or the bridge plank. CK's suggestion to highlight and wash is sound and will make your piece look more complete.
Good to see this done up and hope to see more.
Cheers
Loo

I love vignettes...and yours is interesting and refreshing. Most always isolates a scene. The following may be some idea to tackle what Loo talking about.
It could do with a bit more exageration to dramatise the effect a little more.
1. I'm sure the donkey would have given some resistance to crossing the tiny bridge...some pulling at the strap would make it better.
2. It would be a challenge to extend the left arm to address the pull.
3. The figure could be turned anti clockwise so as to cross the bridge sideways.
4. Figures head could be turned to look back at 'Don'.
5. Also a challenge to tilt 'Don's' head up a little as if being pulled.
Just my knit picking. What you've done is already fantastic and like I said...interestingly different from what I see often.
Good stuff.
Richard.

Loo CK and rtfoe : thanks..I know I got a lot more to learn..may be a lack of refrences or a minimum research and a bit of laziness makes this dio not good as I expected..but for me as a beginner I already do my best.
Thanks all me friends..I'll try to build a good dio in future..THANKS ALL :D
