I have started some work on this car. Quite fun to do the engine. :P :P
Anyway, I have primed to body, done the engine, part of the chassis and then some. Started some time last week, no time to post. Here are some pictures.

Nice spray job on the body. I hope that is not the original plastic colour.
;)

I sprayed it using DPI Auto Color. Proton Silver. :D

It had to happen sooner or later.

The wind blew. My bonnet which was half dry stuck onto my body which was also half dry. The result? They stuck to each other. Darn. The bonnet had to be repainted while the body was not too obvious.

Here are some semi completed pictures, minus the bonnet.

Looks good but there are still room for improvement.

Can you get some outdoor pictures. The ones you posted is a bit dark to see the overall finish of the car.

It looks like there are some sprue marks on the rear spoiler. Early preparation and cleaning will do wonders on your finish. Your paint job is improving but these minor2 things like unclean sprue marks, unclean fleshing and mold lines will reduce the overall marks.

Please do not be discouraged as auto modeling can be quite challenging because the glossy surface will never hide any imperfections but instead it will definitely magnify it. Furthermore, you don't want your best paintjob to be ruined just because you did not clean the excess sprue marks and mold lines do you?

Just my five cents... :D

The logo on the front grill & that chrome bit on the rear looks kilat, nice clean tail-lamps too.
