Malaysia had ordered this magnificent transportation airbus, to replace its current c-130.

The aircrafts are due to arrived here in 2011 or was it 2013.. and it will not take over the full role of the C130 though. Mainly on Strategic Mobility rather than Tactical Mobility. Hence,the C130 will still be in the air by that time with the necessary upgrades though some had aged but yet the -30 (stretch) are like just 12/13 years old.
Models?? That I guess will be nice somehow nut in 1/72,it's going to be huge I would say (So,don't ask for a 1/48) you nay need a new larger home to store it. :lol:

Hmm, if this is the case, then 4 is enough ady.
its lenght in 43.8 m, if 1/48 it's bout 1 m???? :blink: :blink:

Hmmmmm... cross breed of C130, C141, C17, G222. This will not entirely replace C130 as the Herk is still the best work horse around except that IF we would want to replace it with the J version.
2013 i guess since the prototype is still being tested. I bet Revell will come out with a 72nd scale... 2 years from now.
