I am starting this kit in between the spiderman bike as the decals got to me a bit and i need to get away from the bike for a while and do a car build so i have packed away the bike and made a start on this

it is the standard 307 kit from tamiya with the studio 27 decals for the Peugeot 307WRC #8 expert Monte 2006 i saw this buit on another forum a while ago and i liked the orange colour and decided to get the decals

i have made a start on the body i have sanded the seam line and primed it with halfords grey primer

than have decided to go with the halfords paint again for the orange it is Peugeot saville orange the closert colour i could find a match to i normally dont like rattle cans as you cant control the paint going on as we as a airbrush but as it is just one coat i went with the can

The colour looks good. Good job on the decals. Those Studio 27 decals really look good.

i used only micro sol and micro set and they didnt need much as they went on great

i have picked up the 307 after a dry spell on the modeling from so i thought i would post a few more pics all that is left to do is the decals on the tyres and the antenas and then its all finished
