MH had their 'P-card' day yesterday (I think it means only for those with their black coloured membership card though I think most people here should have one). Anyone went (besides me) ? My damage was minimal but there was 1 guy there (I suspect he's probably an SFTPMS member) who swipped over a thousand bucks worth of kits. He had so many bags of kits that BOTH of the MH helpers have to help him carry the bags to his car :lol:

Hmm.. I got to learn to be a little less introverted and make an effort to get to know more of you guys. I didn't recognize any of you though I know there were at least 1 or 2 more persons hunting for bagains besides me and Mr 'big-spender' :D I bought 6 1/72 kits and 1 1/48 kit, a Tiger-1 from AFV-club, hoping to find the time to try my hand at this slightly larger scale in the near future. Hopefully HM don't hold too many of these kind of things. I need to save money for that birthday spending spree at HHQ later this year. :D

Only bought 2 kits. Thank god i was not in KL. This P-card thingi is killing me. I cannot seem to recover from pocket damage. Even the South China Sea cannot save me. :wacko:
Well, last time no P-card was bad enough. HM is starting to make noise. Since i started modelling again last June 06 i had 0 kits, today i have about 150+ kits built and unbuilt.

The MH P-card is something like a membership card. It's a plastic card with the MH logo on it. They gave me it me at one time when I was shopping there like crazy, buying kits like every week.

Actually, when I arrived on saturday, I tried to dig out my card to show to MH but they told me no need, just go and shop. So I think anyone could've walked into the shop and get the 40-50% discount. Of course only the P-card members would have received the SMS'es informing us about the P-card day.

Maybe the next time I get the SMS about the next P-card day I will post it up here so everyone will know and can go burn their wallet. Of course I think it would not make me a very popular person around here lar, with everyone having to eat sand and mud for the rest of the year. :D

Heh heh went out there yesterday and got myself one big box also :P . and of course June is the sand-eating month...

i believe i'll be excersicing my "sand-eating" rights this weekend... after the airshow at Subang..

He even got ESP. He can read mind and track customer's spending pattern and recommend the appropriate kit to burn a hole in the wallet

He's a great guy to talk with.

One of the reason I go to MH or HHQ , is because their service is macam 5 star hotel ... they do their best to make the customers happy ( :P yeah rite ... burn a hole in their wallet in the progress )

that's why we are all eating sand hapilly ever after
