I going to be very bold and do a double build of the yzr500 biaggi bikes the 2001 early and late versions this will be my first multi build post hope it all goes well as i always do before i start my build i post a ref picture as to what they will look like when they are complete (hopefully )

I have one set of declas so far but i am waiting for the other to come from japan with my next shipment of stuff early birthday present havent told the wife yet

These are the other decals i am waiting for as soon as they come it ready set go

I can see you're a marlboro fan eh.. hehe.. u use zero paint kan.. the price is ok x? The only place i know that sells these is hiroboy online store.. UK currency are quite high, i still cant afford to but from there. Do u know anywhere else that sells this items?

sorry the only place i know that sells zero paint is hiroboy unless you email steve at hiroboy and ask him if he knows of anyone else that sells zero paint but i think it is his own brand of paints

A small update spent the last few days asembling most of the body and engine,radiators etc.

I have primed and put down the zero paint i used brilliant red a light coat of zero clear has been put on to help the decals from silvering.
Once dry i will start on decals i still only have one set of them but the set i ordered on ebay should be here in the next day or so

I have also primed the chassis and swinging arm ready for top coat of black

The decals have been put on now thw were very good nice and thin they conformed nice to the body i will leave them for a few days and then i will clear over them and polish

I have done a bit more work on this one the wheels have been painted

and i am using a different method of clear coat i am using johnsons floor wax i have airbrushed it on and polished it up with wax

for the c/f effect i have used the ladies tights method that i have done on past builds but for the colour i have mixed up black and a bit of white as i did not want it to stand out to much

the body has had a final coat of klear floor wax and polished up i looks great

The engine has only been test fitted now the body is out off the way i can starT on the engine and forks .Still waiting for the other set off

I have done a little more work on this bike body has been finished and test fittet to make sure its all ok now its time to work on the engine

can ask hhq to import that zero paint..?zero paint color is very cool man..mayb xpensive but mr hobby also going expensive next year . dunno bout tamiya <_<

I have finished all the decals on the bodywork now i have to start on the engine and smaller details i have a few bike kits on the go at the moment so progress will be slow
