I managed to see the Evangelion:Rebirth movie. A good movie. Waiting for the new one to reach here.

Thanks for the heads up Becky. This is one of my favourite anime series eva! The series that got me into figures and the modelling.

I seriously doubt that it will get a theatrical release over here. Still I am looking forward to seeing the movie and catching up with old friends, Shinji, Misato,, Rei and Asuka. And not forgetting the seriously wicked Eva's.

Is there any VCD available in Malaysia?? Long time din't go shoping already. ;)

It's a DVD. Not sure whether they're available now. Bought it long time ago. Have you tried looking at Animetech (?). I think there's a few DVD shop in BB Plaza.

the new LMHG models for the purple EVA and yellow EVA are already in our market at Sungai Wang! Very detailed, new weapons options, and totally retooled (like a PG grade EVA/Gundam!!) The old TV series and Death & Rebirth DVDs are in the market here in all the DVD shops as well. Guess its in response to the new movie (There will be 3 new movies, if i recall correctly...) Just be patient & you will get the good copies when available....

I've check out the Animetech store here at S&M, it seems that it haven't been release here as if i'm not mistaken it just release only in Japan. I even check 'those' DVD stores and they don't even knows about it but there are some DVD package on the old EVA TV series + Movie + Audio CD or EVA Movie + Dead and Rebirth + AudioCD...
