Like the cover says. We don't exactly know how long we'll have to deal with the situation, so I suggest that people try to re-post any saved biographies, post in factions with current characters, etc, etc.

Being that my computer is still broken, I am unable to access XFire, so I request that somebody please discover what the problem is and how soon they believe it will be fixed. Kel, Zephyr or Dragon should know.

I think we should hold off on posting things, and should just use these forums on a very interim basis for important communications. We don't know what the problem is exactly nor do we know how long it's going to be. As for the forums being fixed? The eight ball says:

The most likely case is either your forum has been erased from the hosting account, or the server has not been paid for. The first would make more sense given the fact you recieve a 404 error rather than a billing message.
The server is still intact it appears since I can ping it just fine (72.22.92.91) so there doesn't seem to be a network fault or server fault. If there was I would expect a company to replace the server within 24 hours regardless.
Hopefully the only major problem is some kind of dataloss which Calad can fix for your asap.
