I decided to write this, for those who are new to the server and want to be able to fit in quickly without asking tons of questions

Storyline Era: Legacy (Comics)
Storyline Setting: 137 years after the Battle of Yavin

Synopsis: After a long war with a species from another galaxy called the Vong, the galaxy is starting to recover and rebuilding order. The Empire is once again ruling most of the galaxy, headed by a force sensitive Emperor. Stormtroopers are still the main enforcers of the Empire that are controlled by the Imperial Moff Council. Additionally, the Empire demanded that all Jedi submit to the Empire, and become loyal protectors to the Emperor called Imperial Knights, and the Jedi that did not were considered enemies for some time. After a brief alliance to the Empire, the Sith declared war against them, intent on taking control of the galaxy by removing Imperial leadership and supported by other small organizations.

In time, the Emperor had re-organized the Empire into a more peaceful government. The Jedi were no longer considered enemies but were watched with caution. After a two year war with The Alliance, the Galaxy is once again in a state of peace for the most part. As the Empire began to reform a senate of worlds, and the Alliance considered allies…the threat of Mandalorians has came to light.

A former Sith agent named Roco Prudii infiltrated the Mandalorian ranks with the intent to see them destroyed. By causing conflict within the Mandalorians themselves and with the Empire, Roco succeeded in throwing the clans into a war with the Empire. After a three month campaign on the planets Lok and Mandalore, the Empire emerged victorious forcing Mandalore Augo Stepp to call a cease fire.


Important Events: Succeeding in their war against the Mandalorians, the Empire saw the warrior race disbanded and their fleet removed, Mandalore Augo Stepp was forced to yield to Imperial demands and soon after went missing.

With galactic peace finally restored, the Empire and the Alliance plan to solidify the formation of the senate. With no known threat to the galaxy the worlds of the Empire enjoy their long awaited peace.


Faction Storylines
The Empire
*Ran by Emperor Dakin Tyrus
*Protected by the Imperial Army, which is led by the Moff Council.
With all known dangerous armies dealt with, the Empire turns its attention to peace. Seeing that a new senate is formed and that relations with the Alliance remain strong.

Imperial Knights
The Empire's answer to the Jedi Order, fanatically loyal to the Emperor. They have suffered a major blow at the hands of the Sith with the death of one of their prominent members, and the turning of another. Becoming prime targets to their corruption, the Imperial Knights struggle to maintain order and to keep the strength of the Empire at hand.

Jedi
The Jedi Order was destroyed long ago by the Sith and the Empire, but with the Empire at war against the Sith, the Jedi were able to secretly rebuild the Jedi Order. Now the Jedi Order begins to grow strong, but still secret and unknown to most of the galaxy.

Sith
The known Sith in the galaxy were destroyed after the Alliance turned against them, effectively wiping out all military forces. With the Sith leader, Darth Lamia presumed dead, there were no signs of any other Sith and only remnants remain. The rogue Imperial Knight, now named Celest Vyn may hold the key to restoring the Sith Order with an unknown dark lady.


Mandalorians
Once united, the Mandalorians were plunged into a war with the Empire at the hands of a Sith agent who long ago infiltrated their ranks plotting to see them all wiped out. The Empire forced the Mandalorians to disband their military and submit to various compromises. Mandalore Augo Stepp has gone missing, believed to be dead but with no evidence.

The Alliance
Following the war against the Empire, in which they faught for the formation of a senate, the Alliance turned on their Sith allies…effectively destroying a big threat to the galaxy. Now adopting a peaceful approach, the Alliance works alongside the Empire in securing the galaxy.

Situation: A peaceful planet still within the Empires control. Dantooine has little Imperial forces to protect it and has become a space port for traders. The surrounding regions of Dantooine however are littered with pirates who often raid passing vessels.

Factions Present: Alliance/Empire/UDC
Situation: A desolate part of Tatooine and once the location of an Imperial-Alliance base. The Alliance recently reclaimed the bunker of this region and have suffered mild attacks from an unknown droid group.

Factions Present: Various (Small Alliance presence)
Situation: A large city that is filled with crime, vice and trading. The Alliance recently arrived in the city with hopes of bringing stability.

Situation: A small town that was once used by the Imperials as a depot. When the Empire departed the Exchange claimed the depot nearby. Mos Taike is like all other cities, crime, drugs, trade and an assortmant of civilians and visitors.

Factions Present: Imperial Military
Situation: Once a base of the Underground Alliance, Polus has suffered many losses and changes in the recent years. Recovering from a large battle, and the departure of the Sith...Polus was claimed by the Empire. The mountain base however has fallen into great dis-repair and morale on Polus is at a low. While the planet is now peaceful, there is a taint of misery and caution in the air.

Situation: The heart of the Empire and the core of the galaxy. Coruscant is a rich world with an assortment of trade and crime. Unlike times of old however, Coruscant is slowly becomming a less important world to the Empire, yet it still stands as a symbol of their control.

Factions Present: Imperial Military / Imperial Knights / Cobra Bio-Tech
Situation: A world that specializes in starship construction. Kuat belongs to the Empire and is one of their fleet construction zones. A peaceful planet that is also home to the mysterious Cobra Bio-Tech and is visited often by businessmen and traders alike.



I will try to add to this regularly and update it with the changing storyline, ive only included groups who are considered active largely in galactic affairs and not every faction. Feel free to make suggestions, but its designed for new people to read so they can get a quick idea of the state of the Rp.

Mandalorians are deciding on their choice of ally, or whether to stay out of the war, but tensions are rising amongst the Mandalorian people and some grow increasingly impatient.)) Well there allready in war.

In map stories, the Controlling Faction should be removed since technically the Empire controls the galaxy with the exception of a few worlds (Tatooine or Mandalore or Kashyyyk). No one faction should control a map save the faction that acts as the galactic government.

Ko'vash scouts are also present on wayland keeping a silent watch on the jedi there (for safety)

Also ko'vash have moved to dantooine and planning to set up a colony with the jedi.

So the Kovash Does not control the military base on wayland anymore?

The Alliance does now, and im not declaring every faction...just the more major ones within the galaxy for now.

No they dont, they left, and since the alliance were just gonna automatically come and they wudnt even rp the ko'vash being there so meh

plus add on the fact that the ko'vash have now helped the alliance on 2 occasions

The ko'vash have gone to dantooine with the jedi, however its strange because the jedi are still apparently on wayland when joey told the ko'vash that the jedi are on dantooine.

So dunno if that needs updating or what, but one thing is certain, there is STILL a ko'vash precense on wayland, just not claiming the base

Wow, I had no clue the Empire and Alliance were allies. Heh, if thats the truth, why are the Jedi still hiding and, looking at a bigger picture, who are the main protagonists and antagonists?

Well, there are no set protagonists or antagonists, and we prefer that players take the lead in that department without it being pre-determined. Right now we're in the process of slowly going back to our roots so to speak and ensure that there's ample opportunity for any faction to grow, gain influence, and then enter conflict with other factions. We don't like to look at characters as either "good", or "bad", but rather as people, each with their own goals, ambitions, faults etc...

As for the Jedi, they remain cautious given the fact that even after the end of the war, and the alliance between the Empire and the Alliance (sounds odd), their temple still got destroyed by an opposing fleet under the influence of a darkside, and as such they are being careful about gather in order to prevent another incident like that where many Jedi could die.

It seemso me this is the time to pry in new factions, like the Legacy Project, and a time for extreme character development. I'm currently reworking a few bios after becoming a lil' more used to the server's story, so this'll be a decent time to be started in this place.

Lol... Tatooine_sjc is still Mos Taike, as named by Naru in the early days of the ForceMod 3 RPG Server.

Err.. we have no relation to that server. Therefore, our Tatooie_SJC is entirely different from theirs. ;)
