Videos and Audio in 'Jessica Multimedia' Section
- Some  these videos and some audio are made by our providers whom share them only on The Jessica Andrews Forum. You may NOT modify (in any way), post (on other websites, forums, BBS, groups), or hotlink those files in that section. However, you may exchange these files by other means such as AIM, MSN and Yahoo Messenger, ICQ, emule, edonkey, BT, etc. Please respect their hard work and time involved in bringing you these videos and files. In the event that you are uncertain if a video or audio file is made by us, ask an operator on IRC or send a private message or an email to JoelRules87@gmail.com.
- We and others will check periodically for such violations, any member caught will be immediately banned and their account removed without notification. This is a serious issue that won't be taken lightly.
- Additionally, do not sell the files created by us to others for profit.

No Advertisements, Spam, Flooding, Chain Letters, Pyramid Schemes or Solicitations

Usernames, Passwords, Cookies, and Email
- You have the ability, as you register, to choose your username. We advise that you keep the name appropriate.
- With this user account you are about to register, you agree to never give your password out to another member, for your protection and for validity reasons. You also agree to never use another member's account to post messages or browse this forum.
- Multiple usernames are not permitted. In the event that multiple usernames are registered under the same IP address, we will remove the most recent account without notification. If you have a problem with your account, contact an Administrator.
- Also note that the forum software places a cookie, a text file containing bits of information (such as your username and password), in your browsers cache (storage area). This is ONLY used to keep you logged in/out. The software does not collect or send any other form of information to your computer.

Posts, Replies & Topics
- Posting links to wares, hacking, defamatory, or sexually oriented sites are strictly forbidden.
- Self-advertising of websites will not be tolerated up to a certain extent. Only advertise your site on the 'Fan Sites' section. Members found to be posting messages constantly with the goal to self-promote will be issued a warning. All posts will be edited at our sole descretion.
- Do not post one word replies such as: lol, lmao, right, thanks rofl, cool, haha, whatever, oh, ok, etc. Avoid posting unthoughtful replies: I see, Oh yeah, I agree, that's true, etc. If we notice that a member is doing those on a consistent basis with the intent of spamming and/or increasing their post count, he/she may lose the right to post at the sole discretion of the Moderators and/or Administrators.
- Do not type text in all capitals, italics, or use an excessive amount of ? and ! in sentences. First, it is hard to read and unfriendly on the eyes. Second, it is similar to shouting.
- Always do a search before posting a new topic, it may already have been discussed before.
- Avoid misleading topic titles, it should be a good indication of what the subject of the topic is, if needed, add additional text to the topic description. We reserve the right to modify them if necessary to avoid confusion.
- When replying, keep your messages on-topic. If a Moderator or Administrator notices that the discussion has gone way off-topic, the thread may be locked.
- When starting a topic, keep it in the correct section. We reserve the right to move it to the appropriate section should it become necessary.
- Help keep this forum clean, safe, and more enjoyable for yourself and others.

No Trolling or Spamming
- Members are not allowed to create topics with the sole purpose of starting a dispute. The best way to react to a basher/troll/spammer is to report the post/posts, and ignore them. "Feeding" them will not make the situation better, only worst.
- Do not post the same topic in multiple forums.
- Do not mass-PM or mass-email multiple members with the same message.
- Do not post for the sole purpose of increasing your post count, this is treated as spam.

Signature, Avatar Length and Size
- Avoid avatars and signatures with heavy animations and keep the file size to a minimum. Many fans are on dial-up connections in which the page will take a while to load. You could use the avatars from our forum gallery if you wish. The maximum combined file size of your signature and avatar should not exceed 150kbytes. For example, you could have a 100kbyte avatar and a 50kbyte signature. It is fine as long as the combined size of both don't go over the limit.
- The dimensions in pixels of your entire signature (including the text) should fit in a 550x250 box, which is plenty of space.

Behavior and Respect Toward Others
- Do not post harrassing, insulting, belittling, threatening or flaming messages or topics towards anyone.
- Keep the language clean, swearing is absolutely not allowed. Using symbols such as #, @ in place of letters are also prohibited. A Moderator or Administrator will censor any posts that fit such criteria with the reason attached to the message.
- Also keep your profile and avatar and signature clean. We reserve the right to remove or modify them if deemed inappropriate but we will notify you before doing so.
- In discussions, debate issues, do not get personal with members. Personal attacks toward others are forbidden.
- Respect the privacy of other members, keep private conversations private, make use of the Private Message function or use other messenger services such as AIM, MSN, ICQ, Yahoo if you insist on chatting one on one.
- In the event that you receive disturbing private contacts via the forum, report incidents to the Administrators immediately.
