good evening everyone, after much deliberation i have decided to go for it and buy myself a proper car, i have one chosen already, it is the 4.0l V8 XJ8, it is on a V plate with 86k on the clock, and full jaguar dealership service history, can anyone give me any advice on what i need to be looking for as i dont have any idea at all about this prestige make?

Check whether the cam chain tensioners have been done recently and whether it has a post nickasill(probably wrong spelling) engine or a replacement ,or have a blow by test done by a dealer to make sure the engine has no nickasill bore problems.Other than that ,i`m not too sure as this is all that i have heard of on a regular basis.
